Team facilitation is the process of guiding a group to work together effectively to achieve a common goal. I act as a neutral third party, managing the process and dynamics of the meeting so that the team can focus on the content and make productive decisions.

I work with a variety of teams, including leadership teams, project teams, and cross-functional groups. I can facilitate meetings for strategic planning, problem-solving, conflict resolution, or team-building sessions.

Yes I am certified in Gallup CliftonStrengthfinder and Leadership Circle Profile.
I can also facilitate the True Colors (personality/behavior) assessment and debrief.
Additionally I am familiar with MBTI, Insights, DISC and Enneagram and can integrate these results into a workshop.

A facilitated session is highly interactive and structured. It begins with a clear purpose and agenda. I will guide the team through a series of exercises, discussions, and decision-making processes. I keep the team on track and focused on the objective, ensuring a clear and actionable conclusion is reached by the end of the session.

An external facilitator brings an objective, neutral perspective. We don't have a stake in the outcome, allowing us to ask difficult questions and challenge assumptions without bias. This often leads to more honest conversations and better, more creative solutions.
